Spiritual Development Groups
Much like our Facebook Group, the aim of these groups is to bring the members of our church together in person, in a safe environment, for the purpose of discussion and practice of techniques to help increase and grow your psychic awareness and mediumship skills. This will include the practice of meditation, sensing energies/energy healing, psychometry, sensing/seeing auras and much more. You will all have different ways you connect with spirit, whether it's through hearing, seeing, sensing or just "knowing", with a combination of all or some. You are all encouraged to bring your experience and knowledge to be shared within this group. You are all encouraged to contribute and make suggestions as to the session content to help this group evolve and grow.

Meet our 2018-2019 Executive Committee
The New Plymouth Spiritualist Church Committee is made up of like minded people all who share in a common goal.
President: Karin Christensen Vice President 1: Sarah Cooper Vice President 2: VACANT Treasurer: VACANT Secretary: Angela Houghton
In addition to the above named positions, we also have a number of committed and hard working committee members and regular churchgoers helping to keep the wheels of our spiritual sanctuary spinning, thank you to all, your input and support is hugely appreciated. WE NEED YOU! During the course of this past year and at our AGM, we saw a number of people stepping down from the Committee for health, work, study or personal reasons, leaving a number of committee positions vacant. We also saw people step in, and step up. In order for us to keep running our organisation effectively and to ensure the future of the church we NEED new people to come onboard and support us. Are you a good at planning and organising? Or maybe you have a can-do attitude and enjoy being part of a team? If any of the above apply to you we would love to hear from you! Please approach us at Sunday Service and come along to our monthly committee meeting on the last Tuesday of the month at 7pm and join us in a shared meal (bring a plate) and find out more.
